After the events following the unleashing of an ancient evil, the forest laid dormant and changed forever. The mist that once protected the forest grew to such a thickened state, no traveller into the realms of the Druid could navigate through. The forest remained lifeless, corrupted and desolate; nothing could be done to bring about life. 

That was until the Druid Oracle raised her staff, standing atop the rocks as the veil of the borealis pierced the sky above. The oracles foretelling of a great disaster from the introduction of humanity had taken fruition and brought her great pain. The great farseerer approached behind the oracle, placing his left hand on her shoulder before engulfing them both in a blinding light. Their skin suddenly turned to bark, great crowns of branch and oak began weaving and forming atop their head from their skulls.

"Never think the forest will remain lifeless, you have the power deep within yourself to bring it back, you are the lifeblood that flows from Yggdrasil, all you need to do is believe". The great farseerer removed his hand from her shoulder then placed it in the center of her chest, a great spiral of energy forming underneath his palm before he suddenly vanished in a great light. 

The farseerer instilled his power directly into the oracle, she alone could make a lifeless forest reborn.
